I am Japanese.
There are many American English teacher in Japan.
Japanese treat them good because of Japanese culture.
Most Japanese is even kind and polite and smiling to foreigner because school teacher teach them cooperativeness more than independence since they are young.but most of their kindness is only surface.Most kindness is only surface and they say bad words behind them, like " they can't get job in USA and they come to Japan.Only they can do is speaking their native language".
It is only culture.
When I met American,I say to him "oh you are very kind and handsome." like this.And every time I smile to them.It is like greeting.I also say " I am sorry because my English is not good".it is also culture.Of course I don't think" I am sorry" because my mother language is Japanese.but It is culture! I have to say "sorry" many times. but most Americans misunderstand me.
Japanese smile is like habit.It is part of culture.Even I was angry,I didn't show and smile to them.Japanese understand they are angry or not even they are smiling,not like Americans.
American guide books which explain Japanese culture don't teach like this Japanese culture?
I am tired of foreigner,they are very optimistic.why they can't understand Japanese mind and they think Japanese is kind? I think guidebooks should teach about this.
Japanese say to foreigner " you are really good person" and After they go home in good mood,they say
American acts like movie star,looks funny!
American woman looks like man,they don't have hesitate.never shy.
American think they can get Japanese girlfriend who learn English easy because they speak English.funny
like this.
Why most Filipino and Indian people can understand Japanese thinking,
but American can't?
